Structural Insulated Panels

  Neopor core Structural Insulated Panel
The panel to use if your are making a building with SIPs as the primary structure. SIPs provide exterior sheathing, insulation, and an interior nail base for your choice of interior sheathing.
Thicknesses: 3.0″ to 12.25″ for XPS or PIR Cores 4.5″ to 25″ for EPS or NEO Cores Widths:  4 ft or 8 ft Lengths: 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, and 24 ft Our Specification Sheet is availableHERE

Nailbase Panels

  Nailbase Panel with  Extruded Polystyrene (XPS) Core
This is the ideal panel for renovations and wrapping a completed wall structure with some extra insulation and air sealing. The Nailbase panel gives both excellent insulation and a solid OSB exterior sheathing to which you can attach your choice of exterior siding.
Thicknesses: 3.0″ to 12.25″ for XPS or PIR Cores 4.5″ to 25″ for EPS or NEO Cores Widths: 4 ft Lengths: 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 14, and 16 ft.  Nailbase can be difficult to carry  in longer lengths due to its lack of structural capacity. Our Specification Sheet is availableHERE

Curtain Wall Panels

 

Tongue and Groove Clad Panels

  EPS core Tongue and groove clad Structural Panel
Regular SIPs with tongue and groove wood paneling laminated as interior finish. Primarily used as roofing panels to create wood finished cathedral ceilings, these panels can be customized with many different wood types though our default is a beautiful unfinished eastern white pine with a WP4 profile V-groove. Foard Panel easy install details make installing the tongue and groove edges easy.

Drywall Clad Panels

  EPS core drywall clad Structural Insulated Panels
Regular SIPs with drywall laminated as interior finish. These panels save time and screws and are most often used to create cathedral ceilings.
3.0″ to 12.25″ for XPS or PIR Cores 4.5″ to 25″ for EPS or NEO Cores Widths: 4 ft and 8* ft Lengths: 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, and 24*** ft.  (8 ft wides only available in 8, 10, 12, 16, and 24 ft) Our Specification Sheet is available HERE *PIR is only available in 4 ft wide panels. ** Any Lengths over 12 ft will have butt joints in the Wood Finish *** Drywall Clad Panels over 16 ft long or 8 ft wide will have drywall seams.
